Michael August

Michael August is an American singer, songwriter, and producer — born and raised in Cherry Hill, NJ — currently based out of Nashville, Tennessee. 

Most recently, Michael co-wrote Craig Morgan’s radio single, “How You Make A Man”. He also co-wrote double platinum-selling artist, Aaron Goodvin’s  #1 single at Canadian Country radio, - “Boy Like Me” as well as RECORDs recording artist, Erin Kinsey’s viral hit “Just Drive” and multiple songs on her EP I 40 East.  Michael has had over 100 of his songs recorded world wide, including Harper Grace (Curb), Cooper Alan, Spencer Crandall, Christie Lamb (ABC Records Australia), Viper Creek Band (Universal Australia), a South African #1 with ZINAH (Gresham Records) and many more. 

Michael has also had numerous placements in TV and Film such as the recent trailer for Good Trouble, Shameless, The Kardashians, Dynasty, American Idol, ESPN, Selling Sunset, Huckabee, Good Morning America, MTV, Lifetime, and Hallmark, the theme song for Netflix’s “Walk. Ride. Rodeo.”, a promo for Grand Designs on Fox, and more!
